The Table
A kitchen built around fire, salt and what the morning brought in.
Steaks over coal, whole fish off the grill, greens from the
mountain, bread from the village — laid out as sharing plates,
because nobody eats alone here. The table runs slow on purpose;
dinner is the long, generous opening of the evening.
Service hours: daily from 20:00.

The Night
A room kept by the same family since 1985, returned to each summer
by the people who never quite leave it. Doors open after midnight
and stay open until the music decides otherwise — three nights a
week, all season, the same stone walls, the same olive tree, an
institution carried forward by the city that still travels for it.
Service hours: after 00:00.

Atmosphere
Stone walls, dark wood, an olive tree at the center of everything.
Hundreds of small lights overhead, the smell of wax and pine, a
DJ booth tucked under the branches. The room was built slowly,
over decades, and it shows in the patina — every surface here has
been touched by a generation of summers.
